Terms of Use

Effective Date: March 30, 2026

Standard EULA: Unless otherwise specified, your use of Stampify is governed by the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which can be found at Apple's Legal Website.

By downloading, accessing, or using Stampify ("Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

1. License Grant

Rasim Eren ("Licensor") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Application on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the App Store Terms of Service.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

Stampify offers premium features ("Stampify Pro") via auto-renewable subscriptions.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Management: You can manage or turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time after purchase.
Refunds: Payments are processed and managed by Apple. Refunds, if any, are subject to Apple's refund policies.
Free Trial: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

3. Use of Camera & Content

The Application requires access to your device's camera to process and capture stamps. You are responsible for all content you capture using the Application. You must not use the Application to capture content that violates any laws, intellectual property rights, or privacy of others.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Modify, adapt, or hack the Application.
Reverse engineer the underlying code or synchronization logic (Supabase).
Use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Attempt to bypass subscription paywalls or premium feature locks.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RASIM EREN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms of Use.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
