Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide a better experience to all our users. The types of information we collect include:

A. Account Information

When you create an account, we may collect your name, email address, and authentication identifiers provided through Supabase Auth.

B. Captured Content (Stamps)

Stampify uses your device's Camera to capture images of stamps. These images are processed locally on your device or uploaded to our secure servers managed by Supabase for storage and collection management.

C. Subscription & Payment Data

We use Adapty to manage premium subscriptions. While we do not process your credit card information directly (all payments are handled by the Apple App Store), we receive transaction identifiers and subscription status to provide premium features.

D. Analytical Information

We collect anonymized usage data and diagnostic information to improve the stability and performance of the app. This may include device type, OS version, and app interaction logs.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide and maintain the Stampify service.
• To manage your premium subscriptions and restore purchases.
• To synchronize your stamp collection across multiple devices.
• To improve our stamp recognition and classification features.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share your information only with service providers necessary for app operation:

• Supabase: For user authentication, database management, and image storage.
• Adapty: For subscription tracking and monetization analytics.
• Apple App Store: For processing in-app purchases and managing subscriptions.

4. Camera & Photo Library Access

Stampify requires access to your camera to capture stamps. We also use the photo library for sharing your collection or saving reports. You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings.

5. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time.

To request data deletion: Use the "Delete Account" button within the app settings, or contact us at support@rasimeren.com. We will process your request within 30 days.

6. Global Compliance (GDPR & KVKK)

Users in the European Union (GDPR) and Turkey (KVKK) have specific rights regarding their personal data, including the right to access, correct, or erase their information. We treat all users with these high standards of privacy protection.
